Country Club parking is extremely limited. We recommend taking an Uber or Lyft for this event. If you prefer to drive, please park or valet at the hotel and take the on-site shuttle

We ask that all guests arrive by 4:45pm pm so everyone can be seated comfortably before the 5:00pm ceremony.

You will be asked to park or valet your car. To access the ceremony location, please follow these instructions: For stair access, head through the Great Hall Lobby and down the Main Inn Stairs — you'll be greeted by a stunning mountain view. Take the first two flights down, turn left, and follow the path to Mountain View Terrace. If you prefer elevator access, from the Main Inn Lobby, follow signs to the Sammons Wing (left wing). Pass Edison Restaurant and continue down the hall to the elevator. Take it down to the 1st floor, walk through the Skyline Room, and out to Mountain View Terrace.

Dinner will be a plated meal. This will be a duo-entree option. We do ask that you let us know if you have any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event.

We kindly ask to limit your party to those named on your invitation.

March brings varying weather patterns. However, daytime temperatures reach the mid-50s or 60s. While the nighttime lows can dip into the 30s.

Parking is available at the hotel, though fees apply. For the safety and convenience of our guests, especially since alcohol will be served at the event, we strongly recommend rideshare services for anyone not staying at Grove Park Inn.
